This site collects one thing: what you type into the contact form. Here is where it goes and how to have it removed.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, organization, email, phone, and message. Nothing else on this site collects personal information, and there is no account to create.

A submission is stored in our database and emailed to our team so someone can reply to you. We use it to answer your enquiry and to follow up about working together. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the providers listed below.

Keeping the form usable

The form carries a hidden field and a timing check that automated submissions trip and people do not. A submission flagged this way is kept with the reason so a real message caught by mistake can be recovered, and it is deleted on the same schedule as everything else.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages get read. It is cookieless, it does not follow you to other websites, and it builds no profile of you. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking pixels, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.

Who processes data for us

  • Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics above.
  • Supabase stores contact form submissions.
  • Resend delivers the notification email to our team.

Each is bound by its own agreement with us to process this data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there is a reason to: an active conversation, an engagement, or a record we are required to hold. When none of those apply we delete them.

Your choices

Email info@peaksolutions.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will confirm what we did and when. If you would rather not use the form at all, call (970) 286-7868.

Client engagements

Assessment responses, interview notes, and anything else gathered during an engagement are governed by the agreement and confidentiality terms signed for that engagement, not by this page. Individual responses to a Peak assessment are not shared with a client organization in a form that identifies the person, unless that was agreed before the assessment went out.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date below. Questions go to the same address.
