Mike brings nearly 40 years of leadership experience helping boards of directors, CEOs, and executive teams strengthen governance, develop leaders, and execute strategies that drive long-term success. His work focuses on strategic planning, CEO transition planning, board development, executive coaching, and strategic talent planning, primarily serving agricultural, energy, and cooperative organizations.

As an experienced consultant and principal advisor, Mike partners with organizations to align strategy, leadership, and governance in ways that improve performance and prepare for the future. Clients value his practical business perspective, collaborative style, and ability to turn complex challenges into actionable solutions.

Before his consulting work, Mike spent more than three decades in leadership with CHS Inc., Cenex, and Country Energy, leading multi-state teams and working alongside boards and executive leaders to strengthen organizations and develop future leaders.

Based in Colorado, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren and exploring the outdoors.
